Are you sure it was someone in your building? Half the city was covered in thick smoke yesterday evening from farmers burning stubble that was wet from the on-and-off rain we had. I was at my brother's place in south St. Vital and his house was full of smoke. We were driving home through thick smoke which let up a bit at about Regent.
