Well, :-), what I'm doing isn't REAL resistance training -- it's not supervised or carefully calculated -- but that bottle of vinegar weighs about 5 1/2 pounds, so it's a pretty good start for someone like me. I'm doing 20 reps on each arm each time I have to upload files to the NBM's FTP site, which adds up to between 60-80 reps on each arm per day. Again, not a bad start.
