Still here. Managed to exercise today. Yay.

My brother-in-law has been staying with us for the last several days, which has ramped my stress levels into the stratosphere. >.<

But he'll be gone to a new apartment tomorrow, which is a good thing.

Yeah. Time to take an antipsychotic and try to chill out.

Aaahhhh.... having people in my space stress the hell right out of me too *HUGS* A friend of the man stayed here for a month or so when he first moved to Vancouver... it wasn't the easiest time...*morehugs*
